Can’t make a Facebook account

So I put my details in to create the Facebook account as usual but when I click sign up I get a notification from Facebook saying ‘Error. We are unable to process your registration at this time. Please try again later.’
All my details are correct and I’m 18 so my age isn’t the problem.
I’ve tried googling it but I can’t find any answers. Does anyone know what’s going on??

Have you tried different browsers/clearing cache?
I also hope you've not been issued a ban from facebook from anything like that?
Only other thing I can think of is that facebook own a few different social medias now so maybe if you have an issue with one of those it may carry forward onto the main facebook.
