PAT testing electrical appliances

To live at the Tannery or Mardol, do I need to get any of my personal electrical items tested?
such as laptops, chargers, lamps, hairdryers etc

Other universities request this but I haven't heard anything about this for Shrewsbury

If this is required, how do I go about doing this

Yes, you will need to have your personal electrical items tested just after you move into your accommodation. To find out more about this process, I recommend getting in touch with Shropshire Council, who manage the accommodation, their email address is [email protected].
