Next Step to get on an MA-cannot get a straight answer.

I cannot get a straight answer to this question and I have spent days emailing and calling, waiting for replies, and I either get conflicting information or no response at all.
I was rejected for a PDip/MSc Psychology as I don't have 60 credits in a psychology related subject, I also have a 2:2.
I am trying to find out what I can do next to make myself a viable option. How do I get these credits? I can't get a student loan to do a BA Hons and can only get finance if I study higher qualifications, even though my degree was 20 years ago.
I have since been told by the Psychology Course Leadership Team that

"You are able to apply for the MSc Psychology course at NTU, rather than the PGDip. The MSC course does not require any previous psychological study."

But I'm not sure if this something that I will be accepted on and again, if not, how to gain 60 credits.

I'd really like to talk to someone but it's proving impossible. The receptionists don't know to answer my questions and I can't get anyone from the School of Social Science on the phone.
