10 am - 11:30 am: completed main readings on directors' duties, found one more text to read later on.

Since I'm sleepy, I'm going to nap a bit and then join in again at 1+ pm to continue on reading about dealing with outsiders (contracts).

I am very frustrated that "server is busy" for some online encyclopaedias, you would think that they are up to date don't ya? :cry:

I will try to use another database again later, I do have my main texts with me though so I will complete those first.

Next session, to-do: short note taking on what I have just read.

Following session: reading on dealing with outsiders and the company's contractual liability (cases).

Third session: short note-taking on what I have just read [grey areas, key cases, etc.]

Completed those tasks, I will now take about an hour's break eating my tuna pasta :biggrin:

I just need to summarise my readings into really short notes in the next session (for me it's about 8:30 pm but I will be here to say when it's 8 pm).
