international law ?
am i correct in thinking that much of international law is governed by the un? - is there anything else? - and that because almost all countries are part of the un, therefore the majority of nations are held to "international law"? and if particular nations have their own laws which others dont - and these are broken, how is this dealt with because they didnt break THEIR law ? thank you in advance !
