Expensive but i like it.
I would buy the ready to drink bottles every once in a while; it was very handy on days i was busy in placement and had no time to eat
It is expensive. I do like the oat muffins though but I only get them if I need a quick snack. In terms of the shakes and meal preps, I'd rather get my calories and nutrients from solid food.
