What did everyone put for the question about oiling turbines?

Did anyone get 745 W Or something for one of the questions?

The two numbers included the mass of the beaker so 0.07 was probably the mass of the beaker

Anyone recognise these numbers for qs. 6 for one of 5/6 markers. 2.8 million. Was the boys mass higher than girls.

heard alot of ppl saying 6 was an answer for the plane one and i got the same for the other 2 :smile:

it reduces friction therefore less energy is transferred to the surroundings as thermal energy so less energy is wasted and therefore it becomes more efficient

Why on Earth did they put circuits in???

It was in the NOT to be assessed section, which included not being linked to questions either! Q11 was a total of 9 marks which is almost 10% of the marks. My tutor is going to email AQA to complain. I would have revised those sections if it weren’t for the advance information!!!

yes I did, you had to square root 36 after finding the speed (triple science higher paper)
