Coventry cas delay

my name is ifeanyi and I intend schooling in Coventry university, I have done and followed every necessary step needed even forwarded my proof of funds but I'm yet to receive my car letter over two weeks now, please I'd like to know if there is a reason for that

Coventry had big delays issuing CAS numbers last year and it seems to have carried over. I doubt they will be able to give you a specific reason.

What's mentioned is correct. Unfortunately, CAS delay has carried over since last year and there doesn't seem to be one issue causing this, that I know of. At the same time, I'm told the production and development of CAS take time to process and therefore require patience and understanding. Although you are not the only one experiencing this issue, it's not ideal as the start of term is approaching so I recommend contacting the university and taking this up with the admissions team to see if you can find out the answers you're looking for. You can access Live Chat on the Coventry University website. Due to the university experiencing a high volume of calls, they are aware of your message and will respond when they're able to. Simply follow the steps and state your name, student ID, course and query. It's worth mentioning your eligibility to commence your studies online as this may ease any anxiety or pressure you may feel nearer the time.

Your CAS will still be issued to you regardless of the delay. Thank you for your patience. Please let me know how you get on.

I am Kay and I have a conditional offer to study Msc. Cyber Security. Upon receiving this conditional offer, I have met all the conditions required (Banks Statements approved by [email protected], and an Initial Payment of £4,000 school fees) with guidance from
[email protected]. I am required to receive my CAS and an unconditional offer letter from
[email protected] to send to the embassy but they have been unresponsive for a month now.

What do I do?

Have you attempted contacting Live Chat and taking this up with admissions?

Unfortunately, there is a delay in students receiving CAS. Therefore, there is no determined time at which the students are likely to receive their CAS. As long as you have met all the conditions for CAS, then your only hope is to wait. However, you may wish to contact Live Chat and query your application and it's worth asking about your chances of commencing studies online in case your CAS does not arrive in time for the start of term. Don't forget to state your name, student ID, course and query. This way, you're able to start your course without missing too much of the content while CAS and VISA are managed.
