july clearing 2022

i applied to staffs uni through clearing on the 6th and still haven’t heard anything back. from what i’ve seen it takes about 24-72 hours to be confirmed on ucas but i still haven’t heard anything. is this normal? i was given a verbal offer based off of my grades and portfolio and received my confirmation email but haven’t heard anything else.
