Enrolment process

Hello, I just would like to ask regarding the enrolment process. I had my pre-enrolment done and Id verification a couple of weeks ago. Now looks like my enrolment got stuck as I'm not getting any emails anymore. From what I understood from my research, I had to receive my schedule a couple of days after pre-enrolment was completed, but I didn't. The only thing I can see on the evision portal is that details are being checked. Is it normal and should I just be more patient with it? My course starts on 19th of September. Thank you in advance for any help/advice.
