Sixth form enrolment confusion

I applied & have conditional offers for 3 sixth forms but they all have different enrolment days and processes, one is same day as results, one the next day and the other is a week later so my concern is when do they tell you you have a place there, can you still be denied the place if you get the grades? should i actually Enrol in all three because I would not want to sign up for the one the week later and then be told i havent got a place and i would have already lost the other 2 places for waiting? i know i could apply and accept many offers but can i actually enrol and sign on the dotted line and then withdraw from 2?
