Saas still hasn’t come through and i don’t know what to do

My SAAS loan had been approved for this year and I got the letter through the post to say this, but all of my friends have had their payment and I haven’t. I’ve tried to submit multiple enquiries but I’ve had no responses and they don’t pick up the phone - what do I do :frown:

I have the same issue. I've called both SAAS and SLC multiple times, seems to be the university (GCU) blocking payments due to "lack of attendance". They talk absolute *******s, I've been there for every class.
I suggest you go through the same process of contacting SAAS -> SLC -> University.
However my Glasgow Cali suck balls because they refuse to answer the phone and when I went to the student desk in person all they done was give me a new student card to log my class attendance even though my last one worked perfectly fine and refused to even attempt to help further.
(I also have a friend who's student number has been marked wrong by their uni and thus their payment is blocked)
