Have you got an offer for BSc Biomedical Science? If so congratulations!
I'm not sure on the deadlines for direct admissions, but if you've received your offer letter, you'd need to log into your "MyEssex" Applicant Portal and all your information should be on there

If you haven't registered yet, you can do this at the below link, you would need your own direct application number to register (e.g. DA10002000)

Hi! Sorry I'm just seeing this now. I think she said something like best of luck with your future journey and its been a lovely chat, she didn't mention a specific timeframe for outcomes though.
