It's a joint degree since it covers both disciplines. Whether it's an honour degree depends on whether it explicitly says it's an honour's degree or has "(Hons)" next to the abbreviation e.g. BA (Hons), LLB (Hons).

Whats the difference between BA and LLB because what I have is Bachelors of law, Law and Criminology.

An LLB is a law degree and a BA is a degree with law modules. Both allow you study to become a solicitor, but only a law degree will allow you to become a barrister. If you want to become a barrister with what you have, you likely need to do a law conversion course at postgrad level (saves you doing another law degree at undergrad).
