differential equations

can someone explain why the final integral in [] brackets is multiplied by 1/2? I just multiplied it by 1/10... also in this question, when we integrate both sides, do we not need to add a +C anywhere and work its values?

(i) You might want to look at the antiderivative of 15+2h\frac{1}{5+2h} (and its counterpart) - actually do it properly.
(ii) You might want to post the question itself. But the +C is nowhere to be found since we are doing definite integrals. That said, it's not the normal way of solving ODEs.
