Just know an orange and thanks to to you the chocolate orange gave me an idea for a cake.
I'm not a fan of either. I'd pick the fruit if I absolutely had to.

But a chocolate orange is made of chocolate, it is not a citrus fruit at all. So if you are not allergic to chocolate, you can eat that instead.

Most chocolate oranges that I've had the misfortune of encountering either contain some orange fruit, marmalade or citric acid powder.

Hey, that is a good idea! the sweet taste of chocolate combined with the citric acid flavour of an orange. That is a good contrast!
