What happens to the vector when you transform it (matrix times the vector)?

I’m thinking of rotation anti-clockwise 180 degrees and then enlargement by 2 scale factor, but I can’t think of a single transformation, thanks!

WHy the rotation part? Youre allowed to have negative scale factors when talking about enlargements.
