dropping out and sharing house with students?

hey guys just wondering if I can still share a house with other students after I drop out. And if the cost of living there is manageable on a normal wage from a full time job? and if not what are some good options for me in terms of places where I can live fairly cheaply?
You can but you will have to pay the full council tax for the property (with 25% single person discount).

depending on the council tax band anything from ~£1000pa upwards even after the 25% discount
Definitely can be done. One of the students in my brother's uni house dropped out of uni in 2nd year but kept living with them for the next year and a half.
