Need advice KCL, Warwick, or Manchester

Hi everyone,
I am an international student. I submitted UCAS application at the beginning of this year for 2024 enrollment (I have gap years due to national service).
Here are the results of my application. All are for computer science (undergraduate).
1. Imperial college (rejected)
2. UCL (rejected)
3. Warwick (offered)
4. University of Manchester (offered)
5. King's College (offered)

Out of these 3 offers which one is the best one to pick for CS course?

On another note, since i will start on 2024 (next year), I still have a chance to reapply, and am very keen for UCL/ICL, is it too risky to pass these offers and reapply?
i.e. will those unis reject me next time knowing that I didn't accept the previous offer.

Suggestions are appreciated.

I think it's risky, you never know how it will be next year, you can always go to UCL or Imperial for Master's. Out of those, Warwick is for sure the best, then King's, then Manchester!
