Yes definitely I think you’d lose 1 or 2 marks max

I think so, there’s always a lot of ECF marks in the mark schemes

For lithium - flame test - red (I also described how to do the flame test)
for carbonate - add HCl, effervescence and bubble gas produced into limewater - if cloudy CO2 is present and so carbonate ion

i literally forgot the bubble through lime water :frown:
