for edexcel? pretty sure it's just something along the lines of 'free trade agreements remove trade barriers between countries within the agreement, for example tariffs, they ecnourage trade etc etc [mention something in extract] these countries may still impose trade barriers on countries outside of the agreement' etc

could have even drawn a tariff diagram i think showing the change from tariff to no tariff
