Dissertation grades issue

I have submitted my dissertation on time . I am just one person who have not received grade . I have contacted Students Information desk , course coordinator , my dissertation supervisor- they advised me to contact the tutor who is managing the grades . He is not responding my email, I am totally ignored . I am very stressed my work might be not marked. I don’t know what to do ? Can someone recommend what steps I should take in this situation? Waiting is ‘killing me ‘.
