AQA A-level physics Girl jumping multiple choice question

So as you guys know, there was that annoying question about the girl jumping question. Well I answered 8m/s but I realised it must be 4m/s. Now what you are meant to do is calculate the vertical displacement of each value of velocity using -9.8m/s^2 for gravity and 0 for the final velocity. You get an answer of in the order of 2,4,8,10: 0.2m, 0.8m, 3.3m and 5.1m. Now since it was the maximum displacement, we are going to rule out 0.2m as people can jump higher, 3.3m and 5.1m are both unreasonable so the only correct answer is 0.8m which is 4m/s.
I am annoyed cuz I used time instead of displacement in the exam.
