Accuracy precision, random errors and systematic errors

Are systematic errors the only way accuracy can be affected in results? And are random errors the only way precision is affected in results?
If not, how else can they be affected?

Dont forget zero errors!
Zero error is a systematic error. Random error also affects accuracy as it produces random errors so some results may not be accurate. Systematic error wouldnt affect precision as all results would be affected by the same amount.
