My predicted grades for the IB were 38, due to some unfortunate circumstances my exams went poorly and I got a 29, I am now freaking out cause my condition was to maintain academic standing but to attain the Ib diploma and get certain grades for certain subjects which I both did.
Please help.

Just to clarify, you were predicted a 38 but got a 29, which does not fulfill your conditions, but you managed to get the subject requirements. The best thing would be to contact uni admissions directly and ask them this. Only they can tell you whether they can still take you, since the number of near miss candidates vary from year to year.
