I need help. Instagram account.

I have an old Instagram accounts from 2018.. I wanted to get it deleted or removed but I forgot all my password and email because I've been using different phone number.. I may want to hire a trusted hacker that could delete my old accounts but I don't know where to find one and if I can trust them.. I'm so scared cause I make that account when I was middle aged.. I wasn't thinking right.. I need help.. please.. I tried everything but I couldn't do it because I don't remember anything about it.. I haven't try email Instagram to ask them to delete my account.. I don't know what to say.. please.. someone help me I really need help because that account has my face and I'm so embarrassed if my friend found it.. please I would pay anyone that can hack to delete it.

Hi, Don't hire a hacker. Contact Instagram, If you can prove it is your account they will delete it. They might ask you to upload photo ID. I have requested a deceased family member account be deleted before.
