Have not met offer requirements in terms of higher level grades but have required points
Planning gap year anyway
Uni say wait for info on A level results day
Any tips?
Do I go through clearing ?

Just wait - I think this years IB scores dropped for everyone so unis are more relaxed about entry requirements, its unlikely that dent will have a clearing so wait for a level results if average a level results dip then it is highly likely you will get your spot

Wait until Results Day.
This is just the Uni being cautious - and the bulk of vacancies will not be available until Results Day anyway.

If you are applying directly for 2024 entry, apply anyway, worse case you get all rejections and have only lost the application fee. Then use clearing from July next year.

If the IB allows retakes then you should consider them rather than waiting for a year and hoping for the best.
