does uni have a device that would check for photoshop? i changed a date on a letter and I feel like uni might find a way to check

No letter, its a screenshot of a message on Imesssage and i just changed the date and time of it. i know its bad but the contents are legir around why I am doing this but I just need the date/time changed.

Okay, so I am extrapolating that you are a current student and this is deadline related?
Photoshop checking? No. Eyes and common sense? Yes.
It really boils down to whether that have reason to believes you’re a liar and if they can be bothered to call your work about it.
I suspect you’ll be fine unless you’ve been taking the mick with extenuating circumstances and extensions.
