Upstairs neighbors
My mean upstairs neighbors wouldn't stop harassing me and family. There is always noise and anytime they hear us talk they will listen to our conversation and invade our privacy. And they follow me around my house this cause me distress because I can't seem to concentrate or live in peace. They block the driveway so we can't take out our trash. And any chance they get they will make negative comments about us. I don't know why they are doing this. Please anyone I want your advice and you can share experience like this. Thanks you
Do you have a camera? This might stop if they know they're being recorded.
