Mature student conversion tips (volunteer/work experience)

Hi,

I'm a midwife and graduated with a 2:1 6 years ago, I'm 28 and looking to do the PGDL/masters conversion next year

I haven't got the best A-Levels but they were ten years ago now

Any tips for work experience/volunteering that I can start now? I am eager to demonstrate that this is what I am passionate about and hoping good grades in the conversion, life experience since and voluntary work will show I am capable.

Any advice from anyone that's a mature student would be great too
