a triglyceride has glycerol and 3 fatty acids bonded together to form 3 ester bonds
An ester bond is formed from glycerol with OH and a fatty acid with COOH to form -O-C=O- and water
You can do the rest:
How many oxygen’s are there in a triglyceride?
The hydrogen’s don't matter that much as the fatty acids can be saturated or unsaturated
