In short, lots of different things! The obvious one is to go onto becoming a academic research scientist in your specific field. But you're not constrained to this. I graduated from my biology degree last year and am now studying a Master's. My goal is to be a healthcare scientist and I'm currently working as a medical laboratory assistant. The skills you acquire from a biology degree are transferable to so many sectors!
I've found a useful page that highlights some potential career options with a biology degree - these include an academic researcher, marine biologist, pharmacologist, forensic scientist, veterinary nurse, or sustainability consultant. You can read further here.
