Cas letter

I have received unconditional offer and successfully cleared credibility interview. Also, paid the first semester fees. It has been 5 days since applied for CAS letter. When can i expect it?

Have you received your enrolement email?

Have you tried contacting your university regarding your UCAS letter? I know you can also call UCAS and ask for an update.

Perhaps the letter went to your spam email?

I asked for the update through mail but i just recieved the answer that cas will be issued soon. And i didn't get any enrollment mail. Maybe my counsellor must have got but i wasn't informed about it. They are just telling me to wait for the cas letter. But i need to know the status of the cas letter.
