No. Resistance training is an excellent way to increase your muscular size and strength. It doesn't stop you growing.

Do be mindful of how much training you're doing (don't do too much!!) and make sure you're eating plenty to support your normal everyday functioning, growing as you mature, and your increased physical activity :smile:
