Hey guys, I applied for Physics at Manchester in October in the early applicant wave (for Oxford - I got rejected lol) and I still haven't heard back - is this normal? I'm predicted 3 A*s but I don't do further maths so maybe that's why..? I could also have been classed as international as I go to school overseas

Hi, I’m Eden. I’ve accepted an offer for BA liberal arts, hoping to take modules in philosophy, english, sociology and education among other things. I went to an offer holder day for the course and loved it! I’m excited to start but also nervous, looking forward to the freedom of moving out tho!! Looking to find people on similar courses

Offer for Liberal Arts, I applied back in October and heard back with an offer in a few weeks x
Hey so I applied for architecture a while ago but I wanted to change my course, they said yes when I emailed and I sent a new personal statement, I don’t know what’s happened with that but last week I received an email saying that I must complete the blog for architecture even though I’ve made it clear I no longer wish to do that course, I have about a week until I receive a rejection (I suppose) unless they respond for the new course, both courses are under the same department but I’m not sure what to do now because I don’t want to receive a seemingly unnecessary rejection when they themselves have said it’s fine that I want to change course. I have completed a portfolio for architecture and I have sent them another email with my new personal statement, is there anything else I can do?
Any law offers. Applied though ucas extra as there was still space and they received my application last Monday. Predicted A*A*A and have an A* in Welsh bacc. Was just wondering how long they typically take to get back?

Call admissions and ask them what the status of your course change is. Explain that you are still being asked to complete the blog for architecture.

Thank you for your advice, in the end I have decided to withdraw, the lack of communication by Manchester has definitely put me off, admissions team seems quite careless, nonetheless I appreciate your help, thanks
Anyone on Msc Sustainable business?
Applied for Biochem in mid-Jan. A*AA predicted in Bio, Chem and Maths. Are Manchester still giving out many offers or am I highly likely to be rejected at this point?

anyone on here for mpharm??
Does anyone know - anecdotally - whether Manchester tends to dip on results day? Ie. ifthe offer is ABB and you were to get BBB/ABC would they take you? Would they take intoaccount whether they are the firm/insurance choice?
