Is it an offense to use binoculars to take a peek at someone?
My friend told me there are counter snipers around tall buildings near the US embassy , not necessarily in the UK, but in other countries, the americans will sometimes deliberately rent out the floors in tall buildings in order to keep it empty or deploy counter snipers there.
I joke at him saying can we check them out using binoculars, he said don't as i will be arrested for espionage.
Surely theres nothing wrong with an innocent peekabos ?
