As far as im aware the general route is microbiology and bioscience as an undergrad and then a masters in mycology. There are no mycology undergrad courses is the UK.

As above it's a fairly specialised area so you wouldn't normally study it directly at undergrad, you'd probably study biology or microbiology and then specialise as a postgrad.
