No. You would get a secondary amine and a carboxylate group. The actual products depend on whether it is acidic or basic hydrolysis.

R2N-CO-R + H2O ==> R2NH + RCOOH

Acidic ==> secondary ammonium salt + carboxylic acid
Basic ==> secondary amine + carboxylate salt
