Hey @rhenal [br] You can start coding projects, use leetcode, teach yourself ai and machine learning, and if you're interested try robotics or ethical hacking as a hobby.
For extracurricular I would recommend coding bootcamps, capstone projects, also leetcode questions, become a teacher's assistant, etc.
These are a few things i have seen my fellow classmates do, ofcourse there a lot of other things also
