I am the Master's in Finance guy and, coincidentally, I got their response today. I initially received an email saying that I was waitlisted, but that was succeeded by an erratum leaving that mention. Is anybody in the same situation?

Unfortunately not. An erratum stating that I didn't get the scholarship, and leaving the mention of the wait list.
I'm sorry but we all have our off days. Good luck with getting other scholarship

I don’t think it’s out yet for the last round (25 Feb deadline) Should be next week
