Procedure of receiving loan, how long to wait?
Hi,
I will start my second year ( first after foundation ) at Arden, how long does it take to receive a student loan? payment is scheduled for 27th November, but the first classes will start a couple days later, how long does it take for Uni to confirm the registration to SFE? is the process of achieving milestones always 2 weeks? It will happen each year?

Hi there. If your payment is schedule for the 27/11/23, providing we get your registration from the university on time, it will be paid on this date.
You can view the status of your payment from your online account. If it states' Awaiting confirmation' this means we are still waiting on your registration.
The universities should send it when you start the course, or on your registration week, but this depends on the university. If you have any queries regarding when they will send it, you would have to speak with them directly.
