MUN public speaking

I'm going to join MUN at my school, and was just wondering how much public speaking I will have to do?
I'm not that extroverted, so doing this is a really big step for me. I understand that you do have to do some sort of speech at some point and not just stay completely silent, but exactly how much public speaking do I actually have to do?
Other tips on MUN would be really appreciated too, as I'm getting quite nervous over it 😅
