Dropping pharmacy for data science

Hello all. Currently I am working as a pharmacist and not enjoying it at all. So, I am deciding to turn my life upside down and one day work remotely full-time. I enjoy programming but I wouldn't say I am the best at it. I have tried a bit of programming throughout high school, my degree and now (C++, Java, molecular dynamics). I am somewhat intermediate in python after months of self-learning.

What are my chances of getting into health data science course at UCL/ King's/London school of hygiene and tropical medicine ?

How do I prove I would be able to keep up with the course bearing in mind I have master's in a completely different field?

Any advice would be appreciated.
