How to get information of the Scientist Training Programme application criteria?

I want to apply to the STP Jan 2024 Neurophysiology speciality, but there is very little information accessible online that can see about what is experience is desired in an application. I need to know exactly what kind of criteria they would be looking for. I have the necessary requirements but I need to know about additional experience that would be favourable.
Can somebody give advice about this, or give me a link to a helpful site?

Hey @bluejizo!

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for or if you've already found it but the link below is the "Core Person Specification" from last years application round. I imagine they'll release the same for this year around the time when the applications open (this was published 3rd Jan 2023) but it'll probably be very similar. I've been using it to plan out what I'll potentially put into my application 🙂 Hope it's helpful!
