learning a language with a law degree

I am half way through first year and finding the course quite manageable and really want to learn a language. I was wondering if its realistic if I can learn a language to a decent level within 2 years with a law degree or if its too much. maybe i left it too late because i didnt start in first year which i kind of regret. was thinking of doing japanese or BSL. any opinions???
