A Level Politics - need help

Hey guys, I just had a quick query about what this line in the Edexcel spec means:

‘The impact of different electoral systems on party representation and of electoral systems on voter choice’

I’m assuming voter choice just means how many parties can be voted for, but party representation - does this mean how linked to constituents mps are? Or how well the representation of parties in the House of Commons reflects the % vote? Or something else?
