Good percussion pieces to play in a conservatoire audition???
I'm planning to audition for conservatoires this autumn and I'm wondering if any percussionists could tell me what pieces they played to get in? Is there a general consensus about any 'overplayed' stuff that I should maybe avoid due to sheer saturation? Specifically for marimba, I was thinking about doing Children's Corner by Debussy? Would really appreciate any advice thank u !!!
