Prestigious Universities which are not in UK/US

It seems that most of the prestigious universities are in US / UK. Are there any which are not in either one?

University of Tokyo is one of the most prestigious in the world, Stockholm school of economics, Cape town is pretty good. Bologna, McGill in Canada.

But you are right the best are in the US and UK.

Agreed. Well, at least not considered as prestigious on a global scale.

I'd have to say Tokyo, Hong Kong University, HK University of Science and Technology, McGill, Australia National University, Melbourne U, UBC, U Toronto and quite a few others which I can't be bothered to list.

What about Chinese University of Hong Kong? Could be useful for networking in the future as I presume some future Eastern leaders may attend it.

Because it's not that bad in world ranking, but it takes in anybody it can get their hands on.
uni of hong kong - for medicine they ask for 4A's all with average UMS of over 90%

i think the other way round,they probably attend foreign universities tbh.:smile:
