Individual assighnment

So. Whilst there are threads on this topic, this is kinda more individual so i thought i'd start a new one.

I've done piles of work for the exam. Written and re-written my essay. I've got it into notes, but i have no idea what notes i'm meant to have. Like the rules on them. EDEXCEL exam board. Where would i find the rules? does anyone know them?

Secondly. I'm really confused about the appendix part...like not where the quotes came from...but where you keep track of what you've done in your project. What do you put in that? Any ideas how to set it out?
