Hey - how do I go about answering a question like this??

Read this and this then memorise that pile of crap and practice this.

It is incredibly easy but also incredibly tedious and boring and makes you want to shoot your own face off.

Here it's just "Probability distribution of those voting for Dr whatever from all possible samples"
